The Lifetime Renewal Exchange program from Nest Bedding allows owners of select mattresses to swap their top comfort layer for a new one for free once during the bed’s lifespan and for a fee thereafter. There is no expiration date for using this exchange program.
This effectively refreshes the mattress’s feel and longevity while also giving an opportunity to change firmness options without needing to replace the entire thing. It is also meant to cut down on the amount of mattress waste that would otherwise end up in a landfill if you throw away the old model instead of “refreshing” it.
Notably, you will be required to physically replace the comfort layer in your mattress.
When you are ready to use this program, all you need to do is contact customerservice@nestbedding.com or fill out the form on this page, and they’ll walk you through the process.
Eligibility Requirements
- Only eligible for the Sparrow, Owl, Starling, and Finch (currently discontinued but still available for this program).
- You must wait at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust before requesting an exchange.
- The mattress must be used on a properly supportive foundation, which includes slats no more than 4″ apart and no traditional box springs.
- The mattress must be free of damage or stains not related to a manufacturing defect
