What is Nest Bedding’s Return Policy?

Derek Hales

Published

All adult Nest Bedding mattresses come with a 365-night trial period, which gives you a full year to decide if it is a good fit for your needs. Within that time period, you can also exchange certain models for a different firmness option, which they call a “comfort exchange”.

This trial and the comfort exchange exclude the first 30-night break-in period, in which you cannot initiate a return.

If at the end of the trial, you decide that your Nest Bedding is still not a great fit, you can return the mattress for a full refund.

Some Additional Return Considerations

Nest Bedding warns that you must unbox one of their mattresses within 30 days of its arrival, or you risk forfeiting a return or voiding its warranty.

The Puffin and Lark models (kids’ mattresses) do not have the 365-day trial period. Instead, you only have 30 days to complete a return request on these mattresses.

Returns are only available once per household per calendar year from the date of purchase.

Comfort Exchange

Nest Bedding offers a free exchange to another firmness level for select models that have multiple options. This is also within the 365-night trial period and will be suggested as a customer service measure during the return process.

This is distinct from the Lifetime Renewal Exchange (LRE) program, which offers the same service once after the trial period ends throughout the lifetime of the mattress.
