The Tempurpedic mattress warranty varies from 10 to 25 years, depending on the date of purchase.

  • Tempurpedic mattresses purchased before September 2012 include a 20-year limited warranty.
  • Any mattress purchased between September 2012 and March 2014 has a 25-year limited warranty.
  • If you bought a new mattress after March 2014, it includes a 10 year limited warranty.

The warranty policy covers physical flaws, manufacturing defects, and indentations greater than 0.75″. If you notice any of these issues, Tempurpedic will replace or repair your mattress. These terms apply only to the original buyer.

Like other brands, Tempurpedic requires customers to keep their mattresses on a supportive foundation. The company won’t honor your warranty claim under the following circumstances:

  • Comfort preferences (e.g., you find the mattress too firm or too soft)
  • Physical damage, such as burns, tears, cuts, or stains
  • Environmental damage (e.g., mold or mildew)
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., body impressions under 0.75″)
  • Mattresses purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Floor models or demo samples sold at discounted prices

Buyers must also continuously use the cover included with their mattresses to qualify for the warranty.
