Specific Complaints From Around the Internet
“… I am in the process of trying to return the unopened mattress, I was informed that actually there’s a 10% fee to return — which is in the terms of conditions, the customer service agent clarified. But, it’s not listed clearly on the website. Instead, the website is full of claims that there’s a no questions asked, 365 day return policy. You have to click a rabbit trail of five links to get to the terms and conditions.”
“I haven’t seen any other posts about a fiberglass leak with Lull mattresses, but ours two weeks ago started truly leaking from the entire bottom. Kept waking up in hives.”
Notably, Lull claims they have adjusted their mattresses to now be made 100% fiberglass free, as of 2024.
The mattress is comfortable, and the frame pretty. the bedding is very nice, on the product its nice. Company communication, awful!!!
