Yes. Helix mattresses are 100% made in the US. There are a number of facilities nationwide where the mattresses are hand-assembled and custom-built.
A large percentage of Helix mattresses are made at their factory in Phoenix, Arizona. The factory was formerly solely owned by Brooklyn Bedding, but now it is part of the larger 3Z family of mattress brands (including Brooklyn Bedding, Helix, Nolah, Bear, and others).
