Helix mattresses are produced and shipped from their facility within a few weeks, depending on the specific product. Helix does not provide a specific time estimate, instead only saying “a few weeks”.
Mattresses are shipped via FexEx Ground, compressed in a 16″ x 16″ x 47″ box.
Once your mattress has shipped, you should receive an email with an estimated delivery date.
