The Helix mattress is protected by a lifetime warranty. This warranty was updated and went into effect in February 2025, matching the lifetime warranty offered by 41% of other mattresses (considering over 100+ brands tested to date).
The original Helix warranty (before February 2025) was 15 or 25 years, depending on the type of mattress. Standard mattresses came with a 15-year warranty and Luxe mattresses came with an extended 25-year warranty.
What does the mattress warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or excessive sagging beyond 1.0″, assuming the mattress has experienced normal wear and no improper use.
One note: The warranty is voided if the cover is removed from any of the Helix mattresses.
Do they pay for 100% of the replacement cost?
After 10 years, your warranty will cover less and less of the replacement cost for a new mattress. Right at year 11, the original purchaser will only receive 50% of the current retail price for the warrantied model. At year 16, they will only receive 60%. Finally, after 21 years, you will only receive 75% of the current retail price.
So the big number to remember is this 11-year mark, which immediately increases your out-of-pocket costs to 50%.
