How Long Is The Helix Warranty?

The Helix mattress is protected by a warranty, spanning either 10 or 15 years, depending on the mattress style.

Standard Helix mattresses with a 10-year warranty.

Luxe Helix mattresses have a 15-year warranty.

The warranty cover manufacturing defects or excessive sagging beyond 1.0″, assuming the mattress has experienced normal wear and no improper uses.

One note: The warranty is voided if the cover is removed from any of the Helix mattresses.
