What Is the Tempurpedic Mattress Return Policy?

Derek Hales

Updated

Tempurpedic mattresses come with a 90-night trial, 75 nights shorter than the 165-night average trial period length.

That being said, it is still nearly 3 full months. For many sleepers, this should be a sufficient amount of time to decide if the Tempurpedic mattress is a good choice or not.

Tempurpedic Return Policy

This trial period / return policy applies to mattresses purchased online (via the Tempurpedic website), by phone, or from a Tempurpedic-only Flagship Store.

3rd Party Retailer’s Return Policy

Other retailers that sell Tempurpedic mattresses may or may not have a trial period and their return policy / return terms may differ. Always check with the retailer to verify the exact terms and conditions of the return policy.

If you’re not satisfied with your experience, you can return or exchange the mattress. In either case, you’ll have to pay the return shipping fee.

After the trial expires, customers can file a warranty claim to initiate a return. Depending on when you bought your mattress, you may return it within 10 to 20 years of purchase.
