The company processes most orders within 1 to 3 days. After that, it ships the products for free via UPS Ground. Delivery to remote locations can take 4 to 6 weeks and may be subject to a $600 surcharge per order.
Some mattresses and bed frames are eligible for White Glove service, which includes free in-home delivery and setup.
With this option, your new mattresses should arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Additionally, you can have your old mattress or box spring removed at no extra charge.
