Derek Hales

Updated

Both the Avocado Green and Avocado Eco mattresses have extremely low levels of motion transfer. We conducted objective motion transfer tests on both the Green and Eco models.

In our tests, we measured 3.40 m/s^² of acceleration range on the Avocado Eco.

Avocado Green Motion Transfer Test

The Avocado Green had slightly more motion transfer at 7.31 m/s^², but not a bad score by any means.

Average Motion Transfer

For context, the average level of motion transfer across all mattresses we’ve tested to date is 7.65 m/s^². By this standard, both the Avocado Eco and Avocado Green mattresses have less motion transfer than average.

Considering these mattresses have a coil support system and use natural latex (known to be bouncier than other foams), this is a fantastic score.
