What Are Common Nolah Mattress Complaints?

Derek Hales

Published

While no mattress is perfect, if we notice a trend of sleeper complaints, it’s important to give a voice to those complaints.

In our review of Nolah mattress complaints listed on the Better Business Bureau, the company had 10 complaints in the last 3 years.

Many complaints seemed to be based on personal experiences, as no two people will experience a mattress in exactly the same way. That being said, here is a breakdown of the type of complaints we saw.

  • 50% of complaints involved problems with the product
  • 30% of complaints involved warranty issues
  • 20% of complaints involved advertising or sales issues.

How were the complaints addressed?

Every complaint that was listed was personally responded to by a representative from Nolah.

Responses seemed to side with the consumer, opting for mattress refunds, product replacements, or even sending extras like pillows or toppers (at no extra cost) to satisfy the sleeper’s issues.
