Leesa mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and indentations greater than 1″. If you encounter any of these issues, Leesa will either repair or replace your mattresses.
The warranty policy doesn’t cover normal body impressions or indentations resulting from improper usage. It also becomes void if your mattress leaves the U.S. or Canada (e.g., if you move overseas).
Also, Leesa’s warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage resulting from misuse or physical abuse
- Damage due to the use of an improper foundation or bed frame
- Any issues with mattresses sold “used,” “previously owned,” or “reconditioned”
- Any problems affecting mattresses purchased from non-authorized retailers
- Normal wear and tear
Note that you’ll be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the mattress repair or replacement.
