As of 02/01/2025, Leesa mattresses come with a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects and indentations greater than 1″. If you encounter any of these issues, Leesa will either repair or replace your mattresses.
Prior to 2025, Leesa mattresses had a 10-year warranty, with many of the same conditions. Now, this 10-year milestone is important because at year 11, the customer will be responsible for an increasing percentage of the replacement cost while still using this warranty.
At 11 years, Leesa’s warranty will only cover 50% of the cost of the current retail price of the same mattress. This will decrease every 5 years, until at 21 years, it will end at 25%, with the customer being required to pay the other 75%.

What doesn’t the warranty cover?
The warranty policy doesn’t cover normal body impressions or indentations resulting from improper usage. It also becomes void if your mattress leaves the U.S. or Canada (e.g., if you move overseas).
Also, Leesa’s warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage resulting from misuse or physical abuse
- Damage due to the use of an improper foundation or bed frame
- Any issues with mattresses sold “used,” “previously owned,” or “reconditioned”
- Any problems affecting mattresses purchased from non-authorized retailers
- Normal wear and tear
Note that you’ll be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the mattress repair or replacement.
