How is the Amerisleep Return Experience?

The Amerisleep return experience seems relatively easy and straightforward. All mattresses come with a 100-night trial period and free returns if things don’t work out.

If you decide that the mattress isn’t right for you, you can call Amerisleep Customer Service at 1-800-500-4233 to initiate a return. Once your return request is approved, they will send a professional pickup service out to collect the mattress and then your refund will be issued.

A small bit of fine print to note:

  1. No returns can be initiated within the first 30 days of owning your mattress.
  2. Returns processed before the 30-night break-in period will be charged a $99 return fee.
  3. Amerisleep bed bases are not eligible for a return (including the Adjustable Bed, Adjustable Bed+, and the Platform Bed).
  4. Pillows, mattress toppers, bed sheets, mattress protectors, and comforters are also ineligible for a return.
  5. All returns are subject to approval and may require things like proof of purchase, photos of the mattress, and photos of the bed base or foundation you have been using with the mattress.
  6. Damaged products must be reported within 5 days in order to be eligible for a return.
