Yes, all Purple mattresses are made in the USA. Up until 2025, Purple mattresses were produced in Grantsville, UT. The company has since moved its entire production operation to a large facility in McDonough, GA.
However, Purple has kept its headquarters in Lehi, Utah. This choice was largely due to the complexity and quality control requirements of making their specialized GelFlex Grid.
