Unboxing a new Casper mattress shouldn’t take longer than five minutes.
Simply follow these steps:
Step 1: Bring the box into your bedroom or wherever you plan to set up the new mattress.
Step 2: Place it on the floor or on top of the bed frame.
Step 3: Take the mattress out of its box.
Step 4: Unroll it while unwrapping the outer plastic layer.
Step 5: Use a cutter or scissors to remove the plastic wrap.
Step 6: Let the mattress expand, and then position it on your bed frame.
Most mattresses are quite heavy, so you may want to ask a friend to help you out. Be careful not to damage the mattress when you cut through the plastic.
Customers may also opt for Casper’s in-home delivery and setup service, which costs an extra $199. This option is only available in the U.S. and some parts of Canada and includes the removal of your old mattress.
