Nectar offers a 365-day return policy, but there is a bit of fine print to that rule. Let’s hit the important details.

#1. 30-day Break In Period
Nectar requires a 30-day break-in period. This means that you cannot initiate a return for the first 30 days of owning the mattress, giving your body time to get used to the mattress.
#2. Use a supportive base.
All Nectar returns must also show proof that the mattress was used on a supportive base, frame, or foundation. Nectar recommends slat spacing of 3-5″ apart.
#3. Undamaged, but not unused.
The mattress must be in good used condition. This means no stains, rips, tears, or signs of mold. But if you’ve owned the mattress for more than 90 days it needs to be out of the box.
Nectar mattresses left in their box for more than 90 days from their ship date are also ineligible for return and void of warranty protection.
#4. Don’t take off the cover.
Despite the tempting zipper on the Nectar all-foam mattresses, do not take off the cover. Taking off the cover of any Nectar mattress voids the warranty and may also threaten your ability to return the mattress.
#5. No orders outside the continental US.
Orders shipped outside of the continental United States are also ineligible for return.
#5. Don’t drag your feet.
If you do decide to make a return, be sure to complete the documentation required by Nectar within 30 days. Failure to do so will void the ability for you to return the mattress at a later date.
