Casper mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty. Those marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” may be subject to different warranty terms.
The warranty only applies to the original buyer and cannot be transferred to other parties. Additionally, it’s valid only in the U.S. or Canada.

Casper’s warranty policy covers manufacturing defects, physical flaws, and indentations greater than 1″ despite proper use.
If you encounter these issues and want to return your mattress, you’ll need to provide a sales receipt along with photos of the defect. After that, Casper will either repair or replace the mattress and ship it back to you. Customers are not responsible for shipping costs.
As you would expect, the warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or any damage caused by improper handling. For example, you cannot return a mattress with tears, burns, cuts, or stains.
Remember to place your mattress on a supportive foundation or bed frame. Otherwise, the warranty becomes void.
