Nectar recommends opening the mattress within 90 days of delivery to ensure optimal expansion and performance. However, we recommend you open it as soon as possible to minimize potentially permanent warping from being compressed.
Leaving your mattress in its original packing for longer than 90 days is considered to be a misuse of the product and will void its trial and warranty.
