Casper’s shipping times depend largely on your location. In-stock mattresses are shipped within 1 to 2 days from the order date and should arrive at the destination within 1 to 9 days.
The company offers same-day or next-day delivery in select areas of Los Angeles and New York City. If you live in a different area, you should receive your new mattress within 3 to 9 days. All orders are shipped for free via UPS within the 48 contiguous United States and most Canadian cities.
Note that if you opt for in-home delivery and setup, you’ll have to book a time slot within 2 to 4 weeks of ordering. Like other vendors, Casper may take longer to deliver your order during peak times (e.g., New Year’s Eve).
