The Purple mattress comes with a 100-night trial period and you can initiate a return at any point between day 21 – 100 within that trial.
Purple requires a 3-week trial period, which gives your body time to adjust to the mattress. If after the break-in period (but before the end of the trial) you decide that you want to return the mattress, simply call Purple customer service to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, the mattress must be clean and undamaged.
Purple will help coordinate mattress pickup.

Exchange vs. Return
Purple allows one exchange per customer. In the event of an exchange, Purple will pick up the old mattress and deliver a new mattress at the same time.
The trial period will still be the dates of the original 100 nights (from the date the first mattress was delivered) or 30 days from the delivery of your second mattress, whichever is greater.
