Puffy mattresses come with a 365-night trial period and free returns for a risk-free experience. However, this trial period does require a 30-day break-in period where returns cannot be initiated during those initial 30 days.
In addition, you are not responsible for dropping the mattress off at a donation / recycling center. Puffy will arrange for a pickup to bring the mattress to a donation center so it won’t go to waste. You will be issued a full refund with no return fee deducted to cover shipping or donation costs.
