Among the two Birch mattresses we’ve tested, the Birch Original was slightly firmer than the Birch Luxe.

Birch also offers a kids’ mattress which offers a two-sided firmness. One side is a bit firmer, designed for kids ages 3-7 and the other side is slightly firmer, for kids ages 8-12.
