The Puffy Cloud is the best for couples, marked by the lowest motion transfer and the best sex score, among all tested Puffy models. among all tested Puffy models. It’s also the most responsive model, which makes it the easiest to shift positions on.

While the Cloud may have the most well-rounded score, it isn’t the best in every major category. Pressure relief is lower than that of the other models, and off-gassing is also quite strong.

Notably, all three hybrid models (Lux, Royal, and Monarch) have better pressure relief performance. The Puffy Cloud is excellent, but these others offer top-tier comfort and pressure relief.

The Puffy Lux offers the firmest feel (5.5), albeit just slightly more firm than the others (which are 5 out of 10 firmness). It is also the most affordable Puffy hybrid model they offer at $1,399 for a queen.

The Monarch has the thickest comfort layer and would be best for side sleeping, due to its deep sinkage. It also has the most supportive edge, by a wide margin.

The Puffy Royal is likely the sweet spot for many sleepers due to its ultra-plush, luxurious feel and support of a pocketed coil unit without breaking the $3,000 threshold that the Monarch does.
