The Bear mattress comes with a 10-year warranty. This warranty covers:
- Body impressions or sagging greater than 1″ (when used with a supportive, approved foundation).
- Mattress flaws or cracks, under normal usage conditions
- Defective mattresses
The mattress cover also comes with a 1-year warranty, which covers faults in material or workmanship.
Note: This warranty does not apply to secondhand owners. You must provide proof of purchase to take advantage of this program.
