If you don’t find it supportive or comfortable enough, you can return it for a full refund, minus the mattress recycling fees. Once the return has been processed, you should receive your refund within 7 to 10 business days.
Allswell recommends sleeping on your mattress for at least three weeks before initiating a return. Similar to a new pair of shoes, a new mattress needs time to soften up and adjust to your body.
