Bear offers a 120-night return or exchange policy. However, Bear does have a 30-night break in period. During this time, you cannot initiate a refund.
Bear does limit refunds to any one mattress per household. Furthermore, they will only honor a return on the first mattress. So if you purchase multiple mattresses, you’ll want to make certain Bear works for you before ordering additional mattresses.
Bear’s refund policy makes it clear that under zero circumstances will they authorize a refund after the 120 night trial period has ended. So be 100% certain to start that refund process before the trial period ends.
Products sold as “Closeout” or “clearance” are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
