Many complaints seemed to be based on personal experiences, as no two people will experience a mattress in exactly the same way. That being said, here is a breakdown of the type of complaints we saw.

Every complaint that was listed was personally responded to by a representative from Amerisleep.
In some cases, Amerisleep apologized for the delays and requested photos of proof to be provided by the customer. (standard practice for most mattress returns).
Responses seemed to side with the consumer, opting for mattress refunds or product replacement.
