Is The Puffy Mattress Good For Side Sleepers?

Derek Hales

Updated

Yes, Puffy mattresses are exceptionally good for side sleepers. They market themselves on their plush, cloud-like feel, and our first-hand mattress reviews validate these claims.

Side sleepers primarily need a mattress with a thick comfort layer, deep sinkage, and a soft to medium-firm feel for ideal comfort. All Puffy models meet this criterion.

Sleeping Positions

All Puffy mattresses that we’ve tested to date have deeper sinkage than average, which allows for heavier body parts to sink lower so the body can achieve a neutral spinal alignment.

The Puffy Royal and Puffy Monarch have the thickest comfort layers and most sinkage. These are the two models I’d most recommend if side sleeping is your priority. Though the Puffy Cloud and Puffy Lux models are also suitable, they have much thinner comfort layers and less sinkage.
