Layla mattresses include a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects and other issues, such as surface indentations greater than 1″.

The warranty policy doesn’t cover the following:
- Cosmetic defects (e.g., wrinkles on the fabric)
- Burns, stains, cuts, and other forms of damage resulting from improper use
- Sizing discrepancies of 1″ or less
- Environmental damage (e.g., mold)
The warranty becomes void under the following conditions:
- You placed the mattress on an improper foundation
- You buy the mattress for commercial use
- The foundation is manufactured by a brand other than Layla Sleep
- The slats are placed more than 4″ apart
- The bed frame doesn’t have a center support bar
- The mattress is used without a fitted sheet or other protective covers
Layla Sleep may choose to repair a defective mattress rather than replace it. In some cases, customers have to pay a $50 shipping fee associated with any repairs or replacements.
Lastly, the warranty only applies to the original buyer and cannot be transferred to other parties.
