DreamCloud offers a limited lifetime warranty on all mattresses, starting from the date of purchase.
The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and covers the following:
- Visible indentations greater than 1.5″
- Any flaws in the foam material
- Manufacturing defects
DreamCloud’s warranty policy does not cover any defects caused by physical abuse, neglect, misuse, or environmental damage.
On a similar note, the manufacturer won’t replace mattresses that have had the cover removed.
The first 10 years of the warranty include a full replacement if the above conditions are met.
After 10 years, the manufacturer will replace or repair your mattress at no charge, but you may have to cover the shipping fees. These charges will be waived in the event of manufacturing defects.
