The Allswell mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty that only applies to the original buyer. For the warranty to be valid, customers must show a copy of the receipt and keep the law tag attached to the mattress.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, indentations greater than 1″-1.5″, and any physical flaws that may occur despite proper usage. Similar to other mattress brands, Allswell cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from:
- Misuse or physical abuse
- Environmental factors (e.g., insect infestations, stains, burns, and cuts)
- The use of improper foundations
- Normal wear and tear
If, at some point, you decide to initiate a return, you’ll need to send photos of the mattress, the law label, and the foundation used.
