Like any mattress, the DreamCloud can begin to sag with regular use.

Fortunately, DreamCloud’s warranty covers sagging greater than 1.5″. So, if you do experience any significant sagging or body impressions you will be covered by warranty.

However, do ensure you’re using the DreamCloud on a supportive foundation that’s in compliance with the warranty. As failing to do so can increase sagging and also void your warranty.
