Puffy is not a brand that offers white-glove delivery or any mattress removal service. However, California is the one state where there is an exception, due to the Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Act, to offer to pick up your old mattress at no additional cost.
Alternatively, you may purchase Puffy through a few brick-and-mortar store options. These may offer their own mattress removal service, outside of Puffy’s company policies.
If you decide to initiate a return of your newly purchased Puffy mattress within the trial period window, Puffy will arrange for a pick-up to get the mattress to a donation center.
