Can Allswell Mattresses Go On Slats?

Yes, Allswell mattresses can be used on a slat-style bed frame.

Allswell recommends that slats be no more than 2” to 3” apart from one another in order to properly support the mattress.

Try to follow these guidelines as closely as possible. This will not only prevent the mattress from sagging but also ensure your warranty stays valid. The use of an improper foundation or base can void your warranty.

Thicker and wider slats are generally preferred due to their durability and sturdiness. Those made of solid wood or metal often have the longest lifespan and provide good stability.

If you have a larger bed frame, consider using a center support beam or leg. This helps distribute the weight evenly across the slats and prevents them from bowing while ensuring proper support for your mattress.
