If you don’t live near any of these locations, shopping online is your best bet. Online, you can talk to live representatives, narrow down your options, and have the mattress shipped right to your door for free (with in-room, white glove delivery).
If things don’t work out, you can return the mattress at any point during the 365-night trial. To initiate a return or exchange, you will need to pay a $99 processing fee, but Saatva will coordinate picking up your old mattress and exchanging the mattress (if required).
