Derek Hales

Updated

Based on our test results, the DreamCloud Premier offers better value than the DreamCloud Luxury Hybrid and the Premier Rest. We took into account both their price and performance scores.

But overall, DreamCloud mattresses all fall below the average mattress score of 9.51. In most cases, there are better mattress alternatives than DreamCloud.

That being said, if you want to stick with DreamCloud, the DreamCloud Premier has the highest score, ranking in the top 82% of all mattresses we’ve tested to date. Plus, its price is slightly below the average for hybrid mattresses.

The other two models got a lower score, only ranking in the top 97/98% of all mattresses we’ve tested to date.

The Premier Rest has the highest price, but it’s still an affordable option compared to other mattresses on the market.

When scoring mattresses at NapLab, we consider the following performance categories:

  1. Cooling
  2. Motion Transfer
  3. Response Time
  4. Edge Support
  5. Sex
  6. Pressure Relief
  7. Off-Gassing
  8. Company

Next, we assign a numerical score to each of these categories, based on a mix of objective and subjective data.

Depending on what you’re looking for in a mattress, you may feel differently about DreamCloud than our team, so check out the table below for a throughout comparison:

As shown above, the DreamCloud Premier scored well in all categories across the board, except for Cooling. This mattress offers good, but not great cooling.

By comparison, the DreamCloud Luxury Hybrid and the Premier Rest have a slower response. However, the Luxury Hybrid mattress offers better cooling than the other two models.
