Giveaway Rules

• No Purchase Necessary – No purchase necessary to enter.
• Duration – Giveaway start and end dates are indicated on the Gleam giveaway widget. Giveaways shall always end (unless specified otherwise) at 11:59 pm Pacific Time.
• Eligibility – Entry is open to residents of the USA (unless specified otherwise). No purchase necessary to enter. Must be 18 years or older.
• Prizes – The Gleam giveaway widget indicates the relevant prize for any specific giveaway.
• Winner – There will be one winner (unless specified otherwise). Winners are chosen at random based on the total pool of entries. The winner will have 24 hours to respond by email indicating they accept the prize. Non-response and/or non-acceptance will result in disqualification and a new winner will be selected until a winner has been confirmed. Winners must provide a valid US mailing address (unless the giveaway allows non-US entrants).
• Taxes – There may be a tax liability associated with accepting a prize. NapLab cannot provide tax advice. Please consult your tax advisor for more information.
• Sponsors – NapLab works with brands and mattress companies to offer these giveaways. Mattress companies provide us with products for free to give away.
• Email – By entering a giveaway you agree to be contacted by NapLab about the giveaway. In addition, the sponsoring brand may also contact you via email. You may unsubscribe to either email correspondence.
