Nolah offers returns on mattresses within the 120-night trial period, but there is a $99 fee to do so.
There is also a 30-night break-in period. During this time (from night 1-30), you cannot initiate a return. This gives your body time to get used to the mattress and really assess if it’s an adequate fit for your needs.
Over the course of a couple of weeks, your body will adjust, the foam may begin to soften and you may start to feel differently about the mattress.
If you don’t and still want to return it, Nolah will help facilitate a return and your purchase will be refunded within 7 days of receiving your pickup request.
