GhostBed offers a 101-night trial period for all mattresses ordered via its website. If you return your new mattress within this period, you can ship it back for free. The mattress doesn’t have to be returned in its original packaging.
Note that you must use the mattress for at least 30 days before shipping it back. You cannot return it because of sizing issues, ordering mistakes, changes in circumstances, or financial issues (e.g., you run out of money and decide to return the mattress).
The mattress must be in good condition without any stains, tears, or other signs of damage so that GhostBed can donate it to charity. If you meet these conditions, you’ll get a full refund.
