Awara mattresses come with a limited lifetime warranty that begins on the date of purchase. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and covers the following:
- Manufacturing defects
- Flaws in the foam material
- Indentations greater than 1.5″ (assuming they are not due to misuse)
Awara’s warranty policy doesn’t cover the damage caused by improper handling or misuse, environmental factors, physical abuse (e.g., cuts and tears), or normal wear and tear.

The warranty also becomes void if you move the mattress outside of the contiguous U.S., Hawaii, or Alaska.
Note that some defects may be due to the use of an improper foundation or bed base. In this case, the warranty becomes void.
If you avoid these exclusions listed above and return the mattress within 10 years of purchase, Awara will replace it for free.
After 10 years, the company will either replace or repair your mattress at no charge, except for a $50 transportation fee. The shipping fee will be waived if the mattress has manufacturing defects.
