Ashley Sleep mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty.
For reference, 27% of all mattresses we’ve tested to date have lifetime warranties—the average of the other 73% of mattresses is 14 years.
Based on these numbers, the Ashley Sleep warranty is shorter than average.
In addition to the 10-year warranty customers also receive a one-year labor warranty, which covers the cost of any repairs or replacements needed due to manufacturing defects. Basically, it covers the cost of labor required to fix the issue. After it expires, the buyer becomes responsible for labor, packaging, and shipping costs.

Ashley’s warranty only applies to the original purchaser and becomes void if your mattress has been damaged during shipping.
The company also requires using a foundation or adjustable bed base with at least three cross slats and five legs; otherwise, your warranty claim won’t be accepted.
Last but not least, the warranty doesn’t cover any damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling. For example, you cannot return a mattress with stains, burns, minor indentations, or bent border wires.
