Derek Hales

Published

First, you’ll notice impressions resulting from the constant weight and pressure of your body on the mattress. These are perfectly normal and can contribute to your comfort during sleep as long as they don’t exceed 1.5″ in depth.

Body impressions deeper than 1.5″ would be considered sag and are covered by the warranty. So, if your GhostBed mattress begins to sag, you can initial a warranty claim. The company will either repair or replace it.
