Do Awara Mattresses Sag?

Derek Hales

Published

Like any mattress, the Awara mattress may begin to sag over time. Slight impressions are normal, but they should not exceed 1.5″ in depth.

Anything above this number is covered by the warranty if the mattress has been used on an appropriate base, such as a platform bed or slatted bed frame.

Body impressions don’t indicate a defect or issue with the mattress. These slight indentations form over the years, as the mattress conforms to your body shape and sleeping position.

However, you should file a warranty claim or take advantage of Awara’s 365-night trial if you notice any impressions deeper than 1.5″.
