Sealy mattresses sold in the U.S. come with a 10-year limited warranty. This applies to mattresses sold by Sealy or an authorized retailer.
The warranty only covers the original buyer and cannot be transferred to other people. Furthermore, it is only valid in the U.S. or Puerto Rico. Sealy has different warranties for those in Canada or other countries.

The warranty policy covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, in which case Sealy will choose to repair, replace, or refund the product.
Mattresses must be set up with a proper foundation that provides the proper support to be eligible for Sealy’s warranty.
If you need to use the warranty and return, replace, or repair your mattress, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase, a few photos of the mattress and defect, and information regarding the bed frame or foundation you use.
As with most mattress warranties, Sealy’s doesn’t cover any normal wear and tear. You won’t be able to return a mattress with tears, burns, cuts, or stains.
If you choose to proceed through the warranty process, you will need to pay for shipping, which Sealy will not refund.
